Calculator problems. If a result looks wrong, send the four inputs you used (value, ratio, mill rate, exemption) and the result you saw, along with your browser and device. Please do not send personal financial documents or your bill.
Suggestions. Tell us what you could not find. Many of our guides started as a reader question.
For questions about using or citing the site, write to the same address and tell us who you are and what you need. We do not run paid placements and have no active affiliate partnerships, so please do not send sponsorship offers that ask us to change what a guide says.
We cannot look up your assessed value, change your assessment, file an appeal for you or give tax or legal advice about your situation. Your county or municipal assessor and tax collector are the right offices for those, and the appeal guide explains how to approach them.
