This policy explains what information PropTaxCalcPro, operated by Numerlyn LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), handles when you visit this site. It was last reviewed in October 2026.
The calculator runs in your web browser using JavaScript. The property value, ratio, mill rate and exemption you type are not sent to our servers and are not saved. Closing or refreshing the page clears them. There are no accounts or logins, and no form asks for your name, address or financial account details.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request is processed by the hosting and network provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and what kinds of devices are common. Once enabled, analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information such as approximate location, device and browser details, and pages viewed. The numbers you enter into the calculator are not sent to analytics.
We may show advertising, including Google AdSense, once it is enabled. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings. The site currently has no affiliate relationships.
The calculator does not need cookies to work. Cookies or similar identifiers may be set by analytics or advertising once those services are enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the calculator will keep working.
If you email us we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to improve the site, and we keep it only as long as we reasonably need it for those purposes. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You can ask what information we hold from your messages to us, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contactnumerlyn@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Pages link to outside sites such as irs.gov and state agencies. We do not control those sites, and their privacy practices are their own.
